A potential adviser emailed me asking when and how to call me. What does this mean?

And is it just me or do most academics end their emails with "Best,"?

edit: It was a call to say they accepted me to their program and want me to visit in January!

I emailed her once and started off by referring to her as Ms. Last Name, but in the email she replied back with, she used her first name only (no last name). Should I continue addressing her as Ms.Last Name in the emails, OR, should I address her with her first name?

I've decided what I want to do my PhD on, and have started researching and contacting potential supervisors and graduate program directors with a view to applying this fall.
